WHAT TYPE OF MOVEMENT IS USED IN YOUR WATCHES?

Created to optimise precision, quality and style, each Morris Richardson watch incorporates a Swiss quartz movement with shock resistance and an extra-long battery life.

ARE MORRIS RICHARDSON WATCHES WATERPROOF?

All Morris Richardson watches are a minimum of 5 ATM water resistant. This means all our watches can be submerged in water and are suitable for swimming within shallow depths, but are not guaranteed to be resistant to jumping into the pool.

ARE YOUR HARRIS TWEED STRAPS MADE FROM GENUINE HARRIS TWEED?

All of our Harris Tweed watch straps are made from genuine Harris Tweed material sourced directly from the mills located in the Outer Hebrides, the home of the world-famous Harris Tweed material.

ARE THE GENUINE HARRIS TWEED STRAPS WASHABLE?

Although Harris Tweed is waterproof, due to our straps being backed with top grain leather we would not recommend these being washed.

WHAT TYPE OF LEATHER IS USED?

Each of our leather straps are made of the highest quality, top grain Italian calf leather. Top grain leather comes from the smallest and least readily available part of the hide, but also the strongest. Any natural markings are a distinct part of the character and texture of the leather which makes each Morris Richardson leather strap unique.

WHAT IS THE GLASS USED WITHIN WATCHES?

Each of our watches incorporate sapphire crystal glass which is the number one component of a luxury watch. Sapphire crystal is both scratch resistant and highly durable. The sapphire crystal glass used in our watches also incorporates a layer of anti-reflective coating which is applied to the underside of the glass. This significantly reduces reflection off the watch face and further enhances its visual appeal.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE WATCH I DESIRE IS OUT OF STOCK?

At Morris Richardson it is our aim to fulfil our customers’ exacting demands quickly and effectively. If for any reason a product is out of stock please contact our customer services team at support@morrisrichardson.com who will be delighted to advise when your desired item(s) will be available to order.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Here at Morris Richardson we pride ourselves on offering a highly efficient and effective order fulfilment process; hence we quickly process orders. If you decide to change your mind and would like to amend or cancel your order, please contact our customer services team at support@morrisrichardson.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Please provide your order details and we will then take the necessary actions to meet your requirements.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

In the unlikely event you do not receive an order notification email within approximately 30 minutes of placing the order, please contact our customer services team at support@morrisrichardson.com. Please provide your order details and one of our customer service representatives will endeavour to resolve the issue and resend you an email confirmation of your order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

After your payment is verified, we aim to ship your item(s) within 24 hours. Please note this does not include weekends or holidays.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

This will be dependent on your chosen shipping option but our estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom and Domestic customers:

  • Using our free standard delivery service we aim to deliver your order within 3 - 5 business days.
  • Using our express delivery service we aim to deliver your order within 1 - 2 business days.

International customers:

  • Using our free standard international delivery service we aim to deliver your order within 5 – 8 business days.
  • Using our express international delivery service we aim to deliver your order within 2 - 5 business days.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN BE UTILISED ON YOUR WEBSITE?

We accept payment via credit card, debit card and PayPal to ensure the smoothest of checkout processes. We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND / OR IMPORT CHARGES?

Morris Richardson is not responsible for any customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges applied to your order in the destination country. These are the full responsibility of the buyer. We advise for you to contact your local customs offices for more information before placing an order.

IS YOUR WEBSITE FULLY SECURE?

Our online store is protected by the most advanced security firewalls to ensure all data is kept secure. Here at Morris Richardson we understand the importance of providing a secure payment facility and checkout process hence why our website is SSL certificate encrypted, offering an exceedingly high level of security for each of our customers. WARRANTY AND RETURNS INFORMATION

 

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY WITH YOUR WATCHES?

Each Morris Richardson watch comes with a two-year international warranty, starting from the date of purchase. Our two-year international warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects. Please refer to our ‘International Warranty’ page for our further details.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

At Morris Richardson we are passionate about our products but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund, no questions asked policy, on all unused products within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging (with tags and security seals in place) within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Please refer to our ‘Returns & Refunds’ page for our further details.
